Jeff and Michele Tie the Knot!

Michele and Jeff got married on July 18th, 2009!

I have known Jeff and Michele since they became a couple about 3 years ago. I have watched them grow as a couple and I was honored to be present when they vowed to God and each other to spend the rest of their lives together.

I drove from Winchester Friday morning to Albion, NY for Michele and Jeff's rehearsal dinner. I was dissapointed because I had asked for the day off months before-hand but my manager was unable to procure coverage for my shift until the day of. I would have loved to have gone to Spencerport to hang with my family for the night on Thursday with Matt but unfortunately that didn't happen. I got a call at 6:50 am Friday morning telling me I could have the day off. Regardless, I was happy to get to NY earlier in the day and see everyone.

The rehearsal dinner was really cute and was held in the Diminuco's lovely backyard.

Things wound down at the dinner so Jeff decided that he was dying to have a drink at the "Stumblin' Inn." The country bar seemed to be really surprised to actually have some business. Needless to say the environment was not particularly welcoming to have a big crowd of people show up but it is impossible not have a good time with our group.

The next morning the guys got up early and played golf, I hung out and relaxed for a couple hours. It felt like I hadn't relaxed in weeks and it was wonderful to just watch TV and chill. Matt got back and then left for photos and I waited for Sean to arrive. He's so great, he always has the best stories and is overall, great company.

After getting ready we headed to the Chapel for the nuptials. It was a lovely service.

The reception was a great time! Great food, drink and company!

Afterwards, we went back to the hotel where it was like a college dormitory. We lined the halls of the second floor until the wee hours of the morning. It was good times!

The next morning was not so much fun but I made the long trip back to Winchester with lots of good times to think about.
