'The human foot is a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art'
          -Leonardo Davinci

Left foot and ankle pain have been really bothering me for over a month now. Initially, I had some sesamoid pain which are small bones underneath your big toe (indicated by the arrow). That lasted for several weeks, every time I took a step it hurt, you can imagine how much fun running was. My ankle was bothering me as well.  After several weeks, the sesamoid pain resolved and the ankle pain improved but was still there. After the 18 mile run, the base of my second toe began to hurt. I wasn't sure if it was a stress fracture or tendinitis or what. It has been 2 weeks and today is the first day that NOTHING hurts! Thank goodness! Let's hope for no more injuries.
