Herzbrun-Gesseck Wedding

Brian and Melissa got married this weekend in Little Ferry, NJ. The wedding was INCREDIBLE! Everything was so beautiful. They were married by a rabbi and a priest and the ceremony was really lovely. During the ceremony, it sprinkled a little but the sun was shining and it felt refreshing. After the ceremony there was a cocktail hour which was unbelievable. If I didn't know better I would have thought it was actually dinner, not appetizers. There was a pasta station with eggplant rollatini, penna with marinara and bow tie pasta with vodka sauce. There was a stir-fry station, a station with smoked salmon and cold cuts and all the cheese and crackers you could ever want. There was also a Martini bar which was really cool. The bartender made your drink then poured it in to the ice sculpture and it flowed out the other side chilled. Dinner was amazing, the first course was a portabella mushroom salad followed by sherbet and the main course.  I had an great vegetable stir-fry with rice. The wedding was organized very well and everything was spaced out with dancing and fun in between each course. For the dessert course, we went back to the room where we had the cocktail hour and there was a station set up for coffee and espresso with any cordial you could want for your coffee. The entire room was filled with little desserts. There was a station for ice cream and of course, the wedding cake.  And oh my gosh the chocolate fountain!  Bananas, strawberries, pineapple and marshmallows were delicious with the yummy milk chocolate from the fountain. The couple looked amazing and everything was so gorgeous and delicious.
