Week two was pretty light with 4, 6, 4, 4, 4. The weather has been amazing. I run much better when it is cool and there is a nice wind. I'm starting to get my speed up and the runs are becoming less difficult. I'm sure that will change when the distance increases but I'm feeling confident with the 4 milers. Besides a couple blisters, I was injury-free this week.
Week two totals: 188.45 min, 22 miles, 2750 kcal, and a couple blisters.
Current weight: 144 lbs.
"Running" totals: 309.05 min, 36 miles, 4500 kcal, 1 butt strain and a couple blisters.
